phlgo Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as "the Agreement" or "these Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "User," "Player," or "you") and phlgo (the "Platform," "we," "us," or "our"), the operator of the online gaming and sports betting platform accessible at https://phlgo.net.

phlgo provides online gaming services including, but not limited to, live casino games, video slots, bingo, sports betting markets, and related features and promotions to eligible players in the Philippines. These Terms govern all aspects of your access to and use of the phlgo platform, including any content, functionality, and services offered on or through the website.

By completing the registration process, making a deposit, placing a wager, or by otherwise accessing or using any portion of the phlgo platform, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them. • Legal capacity: You must have the full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under Philippine law. Persons who have been declared legally incapacitated by a competent court are not eligible to register.
• Self-exclusion status: You must not be subject to any active self-exclusion order — whether imposed by phlgo directly or through any PAGCOR-administered programme — at the time of registration or use.
• Accurate information: All information provided during registration must be truthful, accurate, current, and complete. phlgo reserves the right to verify registration details at any time and to suspend or close accounts where information is found to be false or misleading.

Each individual may register only one (1) account on phlgo. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

During registration, you will be required to provide your full legal name, date of birth, a valid email address, a Philippine mobile number, and your preferred payment method details. You may also be required to submit identity verification documents, including a government-issued photo ID, as part of phlgo's Know Your Customer (KYC) process before withdrawals are processed.

You are solely and entirely responsible for all activity that occurs under your phlgo account. This includes all wagers placed, deposits made, withdrawals requested, and any communications sent through your account, regardless of whether such actions were taken by you personally or by a third party who gained access to your account.

You must keep your login credentials — including your password and any two-factor authentication codes — strictly confidential. You must not share your account access with any other person, including family members or friends. phlgo will never contact you to request your password through any channel.

If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify phlgo's support team immediately via live chat or email at [email protected]. phlgo will investigate all reported incidents of unauthorised access and may temporarily suspend the affected account pending investigation.

phlgo accounts are strictly personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, assign, or otherwise dispose of your account or any rights associated with it to any other person. Any attempt to do so will result in immediate account termination.

phlgo accepts deposits through the following Philippine-based payment methods: GCash, Maya, GrabPay, QR Ph, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and 7-Eleven CLiQQ. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. phlgo does not accept deposits from third-party accounts — all deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name.

Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification. phlgo reserves the right to request KYC documents before processing any withdrawal. Once KYC verification is completed and approved, withdrawals are processed promptly to the payment method used for the original deposit, subject to the specific processing timelines of the selected payment provider.

• Deposits are credited to your phlgo account in Philippine Peso (₱).
• The minimum withdrawal amount and any applicable processing timelines are communicated within your account dashboard.
• phlgo does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.
• Withdrawals will only be made to accounts verified as belonging to the registered account holder.
• phlgo reserves the right to delay or suspend withdrawals pending fraud review or regulatory compliance checks.

All financial transactions on phlgo are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). phlgo is not responsible for any currency conversion charges or losses incurred by players using payment instruments denominated in foreign currencies.

phlgo may from time to time offer bonuses, free bets, cashback promotions, reload offers, and other incentives to registered players. All promotions are subject to specific terms that will be published alongside the relevant offer. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms and Conditions, the specific promotion terms will take precedence.

General conditions applicable to all phlgo promotions include the following:

• Bonus funds are not withdrawable. Only winnings generated from the play-through of bonus funds may become withdrawable, subject to satisfaction of the applicable wagering requirement.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the timeframe specified for each promotion. Uncompleted wagering requirements will result in the forfeiture of bonus funds and any associated winnings.
• phlgo reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Bonuses may only be claimed once per player, per household, per IP address, or per device, unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotion terms.
• Attempting to abuse bonus offers — including through the use of multiple accounts, coordinated betting patterns, or other forms of advantage play — is strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension and forfeiture of all bonus-related winnings.

All games available on the phlgo platform — including live casino tables, video slot titles, bingo rooms, and sports betting markets — operate in accordance with their individual game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. By participating in any game, you confirm that you have read and accepted the applicable game rules.

phlgo uses certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems for all software-based games. These systems are designed to produce outcomes that are statistically random and cannot be predicted, influenced, or manipulated by either the player or the platform operator. Live casino games are conducted by professional dealers in real time via secure video stream.

In the event of a technical malfunction — including disconnection, software error, or hardware failure — during any game session, phlgo's system logs will be used to determine the correct outcome. Where a definitive outcome cannot be determined, the wager may be voided and the stake returned to the player. phlgo's decision in such matters is final.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the phlgo platform. Engaging in any of the activities listed below constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent account closure, and forfeiture of all funds:

• Registering or attempting to register if you are under 21 years of age.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading personal information during registration or verification.
• Creating or operating more than one account on phlgo.
• Using the platform for any form of money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal financial activity.
• Using software, bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any automated means to access, interact with, or manipulate the platform or its games.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in any phlgo game or system feature. Any such discovery must be reported to phlgo support immediately.
• Engaging in collusion with other players, including coordinated betting designed to manipulate game outcomes or extract bonus value.
• Depositing funds derived from illegal or criminal activity.
• Attempting to access another player's account or any restricted portion of the phlgo platform.
• Using the platform in any manner that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the phlgo servers or networks.

phlgo employs dedicated fraud detection and security monitoring systems that operate continuously. Suspicious activity is flagged for review and may result in account restrictions without prior notice while an investigation is conducted.

All content on the phlgo platform — including but not limited to the phlgo brand name, logo, website design, user interface, graphics, game content, text, software, and any other materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of phlgo or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the phlgo platform solely for your personal, non-commercial gaming purposes, in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include any right to reproduce, distribute, publicly display, create derivative works from, or otherwise exploit any phlgo content without prior written authorisation.

Any unauthorised use of phlgo's intellectual property may result in account termination and may expose you to civil or criminal liability under Philippine law.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, phlgo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to loss of funds, loss of data, loss of profits, or loss of goodwill.

phlgo does not warrant or represent that:

• The platform will be available, uninterrupted, or error-free at all times.
• Any defects or errors in the platform will be corrected within a specific timeframe.
• The platform or its servers are free from viruses or other harmful components.

Where liability cannot be excluded under Philippine law, phlgo's total aggregate liability to you in connection with any claim arising from your use of the platform shall be limited to the total amount deposited by you in the thirty (30) calendar days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

You acknowledge that gambling involves an inherent financial risk and that phlgo is not responsible for any financial losses incurred through participation in games or sports betting on the platform. You participate at your own risk.

phlgo is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices across all aspects of the platform. We recognise that, for some individuals, gambling can become problematic, and we take our obligations in this area seriously.

All registered phlgo accounts have access to the following responsible gaming tools:

• Deposit limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on the amount you can deposit into your account.
• Session time reminders: Configure alerts that notify you when you have been actively playing for a set duration.
• Cool-off periods: Temporarily suspend your account for a defined period ranging from 24 hours to 30 days.

phlgo reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to situations where:

• There is reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or any other illegal activity associated with the account.
• A player has breached any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• A player is found to be under the age of 21 or otherwise ineligible to hold an account.
• A player has provided false information during registration or verification.
• A regulatory authority or law enforcement body requires or requests account restriction.
• Continuation of the account would expose phlgo to legal, regulatory, or reputational risk.

In the event of account closure due to a breach of these Terms, phlgo reserves the right to forfeit any remaining balance, including bonus funds and pending withdrawals that are directly connected to the breach. Where closure is initiated by phlgo for reasons unrelated to player misconduct, any verified remaining balance of real funds will be returned to the player through the original deposit method.

You may close your phlgo account at any time by contacting support. Closure requests will be processed within a reasonable timeframe. Any pending wagers at the time of closure will be settled in accordance with the applicable game rules.

phlgo reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where changes are material in nature, phlgo will endeavour to provide reasonable advance notice to registered players via email or a prominent notice on the platform. However, it remains your sole responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

Continued use of the phlgo platform following the publication of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those amendments. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 11 above.

The version of the Terms currently published at https://phlgo.net/terms-conditions shall at all times be the operative and binding version as between you and phlgo.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms, or the breach, termination, or invalidity thereof, shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines. Both parties irrevocably submit to that jurisdiction and waive any objection to proceedings in such courts on the grounds of venue or inconvenience.

phlgo operates within the regulatory context overseen by PAGCOR — the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation. Where any provision of these Terms is found to be inconsistent with applicable Philippine law or regulation, such provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to bring it into compliance, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
